• Orders placed and paid in full by 12 noon AEST are dispatched Same Business Day, or if received on a public holiday or weekend, orders are dispatched the next business day.

  Flat Rate Standard Shipping: $9.95 via Australia Post Parcel Post, Australia-wide.
  Flat Rate Express Shipping: $16.95 via Australia Post Express Post, Australia-wide.
  
  ***IMPORTANT SHIPPING UPDATE***  Australia Post is experiencing domestic delivery delays due to limited flights, social distancing requirements and increased parcel volumes. Express Post remains the fastest delivery option, however Australia Post has withdrawn its ‘next business day’ delivery guarantee until further notice.

  Authority to leave: All deliveries are sent “Authority to leave” (ATL) If there is no safe place to leave the parcel at the premises, a card will be placed in the post box and the parcel will be transported to the nearest Australia Post Outlet.

  Delivery for a particular date: We can hold your parcel to send closer to your desired delivery date, however we cannot guarantee delivery on an exact date. We can affix a sticker to the outside of your hamper stating “Do not open until X date” – If you’d like us to do this, please advise us in the note field of your online order.
