Do you deliver Australia-wide?
YES, we deliver Australia-wide to city, regional and rural areas because we ship with Australia Post.
Can you deliver to PO Boxes and Australia Post Parcel lockers?
YES, we use Australia Post for our shipping so Post Office boxes and Parcel Lockers are fine.
Can you time the delivery for a particular date?
We can time delivery to get closer to your preferred date, however we cannot guarantee delivery on an exact date. What we can do is place a sticker on top of your hamper stating "DO NOT OPEN UNTIL X DATE". If you'd like us to do this, simply add a note in your oder to let us know the date.
I want to post hampers to multiple addresses - can I do this on your website?
YES! Our website allows you to order hampers and then post to more than one address in the same online transaction.
When will my hamper be dispatched?
If you place your order by 12 pm Melbourne AEST, your order will be dispatched the same business day. Orders placed after 12 pm Melnourne AEST are dispatched the following business day. Orders received on weekends or Victorian public holidays are dispatched the next business day.
