YES, we deliver Australia-wide to city, regional and rural areas because we ship with Australia Post. 

YES, we use Australia Post for our shipping so Post Office boxes and Parcel Lockers are fine.

We can time delivery to get closer to your preferred date, however we cannot guarantee delivery on an exact date.  What we can do is place a sticker on top of your hamper stating “DO NOT OPEN UNTIL X DATE”.  If you’d like us to do this, simply add a note in your order to let us know the date.

YES! Our website allows you to order hampers and then post to more than one address in the same online transaction.

If you place your order by 12pm Melbourne AEST, we aim to dispatch your order the same business day. Orders placed after 12pm Melbourne AEST are dispatched the following business day.  Orders received on weekends or Victorian public holidays are dispatched the next business day.

Australia Post is experiencing domestic delivery delays due to limited flights, social distancing requirements and increased parcel volumes.  Express Post remains the fastest delivery option, however Australia Post has withdrawn its ‘next business day’ delivery guarantee until further notice***

Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation and tracking details. You can follow along the progress of your order with using your tracking number. 

No! We never include invoices with hampers. You’ll receive your tax invoice via your email address.

Please email us ASAP with the correct delivery address.

If the hamper is already in the possession of Australia Post, we cannot intercept it, however if it is returned to us by Australia Post citing “incorrect address” we can re-pack and re-dispatch your hamper with your updated delivery details.  You’ll incur a new postage charge.

Due to the perishable and fragile nature of our gifts we do not offer International Shipping.
