Authority to leave: All deliveries are sent “Authority to leave” (ATL) If there is no safe place to leave the parcel at the premises, a card will be placed in the post box and the parcel will be transported to the nearest Australia Post Outlet.

Seamless. Feedback from the first recipient (my medical oncologist) was that he was touched by the gift of the hamper. The only problem was his young son ate most of the chocolates in one go and was a bit hyperactive for a while!
