Late Motherâ€™s Day gift

Mum loved the gift, however it didnâ€™t arrive for Motherâ€™s Day and was three days late which was very annoying and caused mum a lot of anxiety as she thought it had been lost. Would need a lot of convincing to use this company again. ðŸ˜¡

Thanks for your review and I'm glad your mum loved your gift. Just to clarify, you ordered the hamper Friday 10 May at 6:35pm in the evening. We dispatched your hamper when we re-opened Mon 13 May. Mother's Day was Sunday 12 May. Australia Post also does not operate on weekends.

I'm sorry you don't want to use us again; it seems unfair to blame a small business when the shipping option you selected at checkout stated '1-4 business days'.
