Admin All Stars Awards 2025 – Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility
Entry is open to individuals who:

• Are currently working as administration professionals
• Are living and working in Australia.

By submitting a nomination or accepting a prize, entrants confirm that they meet these eligibility criteria.

2. Nature of the Competition
This is a game of skill. Chance plays no part in determining the winners.

Entries will be judged by a panel of judges appointed by Curated With Conscience.

The judges’ decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.

3. Entry Process and Deadlines
Nominations must be received by 11:59 pm (AEST) on 30 April 2025.

Details of the nominee must be submitted by 11:59 pm (AEST) on 1 May 2025.

Nominations or nominee details received after these deadlines will not be accepted under any circumstances.

4. Prize
A total of 30 winners will be selected.

Each winner will receive a Curated With Conscience hamper with a recommended retail price (RRP) of $80.

Only one prize will be awarded per person.

If there are no eligible entrants, Curated With Conscience reserves the right to withdraw the prize.

5. Announcement of Winners
Winners will be officially announced on 2 May 2025 on the Curated With Conscience website and social media accounts.

Winners will also be contacted directly by email.

6. Expectations of Winners
Winners must agree to:

• Allow Curated With Conscience to publicly promote their name and status as a winner.
  

By accepting the prize, winners grant Curated With Conscience the right to use their name, image, and any statements for advertising and publicity purposes in any media, worldwide and in perpetuity, without further compensation or consent.

7. Conditions of Entry
Curated With Conscience reserves the right to:

• Request proof of identity or eligibility at any time.
• Disqualify any entrant who breaches these Terms and Conditions or engages in any unlawful, improper, or unfair conduct.

Entries are deemed to be received at the time they are received by Curated With Conscience, not when sent.

Curated With Conscience is not responsible for any entries not received or incorrectly submitted due to technical issues or any other reason.

8. Prize Conditions
Curated With Conscience is not responsible for:

• Any loss, theft, damage, tampering or destruction of the prize after it has left its possession.
• Any variation in the value of the prize from the stated RRP.

If a prize or any part of it is unavailable, Curated With Conscience reserves the right to substitute it with an item of equal or greater value.

9. General Terms
If the competition cannot be run as planned due to reasons including but not limited to fraud, technical difficulties, or events beyond the control of Curated With Conscience, we reserve the right to cancel, modify or suspend the promotion.

All warranties in relation to the quality or suitability of the prize are excluded to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Curated With Conscience will not be liable for any:

• Loss or damage (including indirect or consequential loss).
• Personal injury or death arising in any way from the competition or the prize.
• Tax liability incurred by a prize winner.

Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the re-supply of the prize or the cost of re-supply.
