~ Michel Mussett, founder of Castlemaine Fine Biscuit Co., takes exceptional pride in her legendary fruit mince pies. Handcrafted on Dja Dja Wurrung country/in Castlemaine, Michel fills her handmade pastry pie shells with beautifully moist all-Australian fruit and a few spices to create the most delicious fruit mince pie you've quite possibly ever experienced.

Authority to leave: All deliveries are sent “Authority to leave” (ATL) If there is no safe place to leave the parcel at the premises, a card will be placed in the post box and the parcel will be transported to the nearest Australia Post Outlet.

Delivery for a particular date: We can affix a sticker to the outside of the hamper shipping box stating “Do not open until X date”. Please advise during the checkout process if you'd like a "Do not open till X date" sticker.
