Shipping Information

Orders placed online and paid in full by 12 noon AEST are dispatched Same Business Day, or if received on a public holiday or weekend, orders are dispatched the next business day.

Flat Rate Standard Shipping: $14.95 per hamper via Australia Post Parcel Post, Australia-wide.
Flat Rate Express Shipping: $18.95 per hamper via Australia Post Express Post, Australia-wide.

***IMPORTANT SHIPPING UPDATE*** Express Post remains the fastest delivery option, however Australia Post has withdrawn its ‘next business day’ delivery guarantee until further notice.

Authority to leave: All deliveries are sent “Authority to leave” (ATL) If there is no safe place to leave the parcel at the premises, a card will be placed in the post box and the parcel will be transported to the nearest Australia Post Outlet.

Delivery for a particular date: We can affix a sticker to the outside of the hamper shipping box stating “Do not open until X date”. Please advise during the checkout process if you'd like a "Do not open til X date" sticker.

To send 1 -4 hampers to multiple addresses, select the "multi-ship" option at check out.
