Orders placed and paid in full by 12 noon AEST are dispatched Same Business Day, or if received on a public holiday or weekend, orders are dispatched the next business day.
Authority to leave: All deliveries are sent “Authority to leave” (ATL) If there is no safe place to leave the parcel at the premises, a card will be placed in the post box and the parcel will be transported to the nearest Australia Post Outlet.
Delivery for a particular date: We cannot guarantee delivery on an exact date. However we can affix a sticker to the outside of your hamper stating “Do not open until X date” – If you’d like us to do this, please advise us in the note field of your online order.
